Thank you for choosing and using DuneVoyager products. We place the highest importance on user data protection, system stability, and the overall security and compliance of our software and drivers.
Recently, some users have reported that Windows may display a security warning during the installation of certain drivers. This warning does not indicate that the driver contains any security risk. It occurs because some DuneVoyager drivers are not yet distributed through the Microsoft Store and therefore do not carry Microsoft Store–specific certification tags.
To further demonstrate the security of our software, all DuneVoyager driver installation packages and main executable files are continuously submitted to VirusTotal, a globally recognized multi-engine malware scanning platform. Scan results confirm that our drivers are free from viruses, trojans, malware, malicious plug-ins, or any content that may harm user devices.
Our Commitment
- All DuneVoyager drivers are designed solely to enable and optimize the core functionality of our products. They do not collect personal data, modify system settings in the background, or perform any actions without user authorization.
- We will continue to optimize and update our drivers while actively advancing relevant compliance and certification processes. Future releases will further improve system compatibility and certification coverage.
